ACE Cash express is an American company having its offices across different states of America providing financial services since 1968. They provide you with payday loans and other services related to finance including short term loans to customers, transfer of money, payment of bills and money pay orders.

There are around 24 states in America where ACE extends its services and it’s headquarter being in Texas. They specialize in providing prepaid debit cards. They opened their first store in 1968 in Colorado, and the idea went successful that they soon opened more branches in Colorado and other states of America.

Apart from helping people in financial matters, they are also leaving footprints on community through charity work. Pink month is the most famous event for organizing funds for breast cancer patients. They are well known for promoting literacy, helping poor children and promoting financial education across the country.

    I wish someone would go ahead and sue Ace . They are unethical and they aren’t credit worthy themselves . There customer service is awful and they continue to make excuses for everything . How can a title company lose your title ? Who does that and they say you have to pay for a new title ? Really ? I asked to have the release of lien overnighted and they refused that stating they will not pay fees but I can’t understand why when they LOST my title ! This company is a joke !!!!!! Pls sue them ! I wish I could !!!!!

    If anyone is willing to go in on a class action lawsuit please let me know !! I took a loan out and paid it in full !! If you think you can continue to call me or my job and get another payment you are sadly mistaken! The customer service is clueless! This is horrible how this company conducts business! I wish o would had read the reviews FIRST !!! This is disgusting

      I feel the same way ! I took out a title loan and settled the account. Once I paid they told me that they had lost my title. Now they continue to give me the run around about me receiving the a “release of lien “. Initially I was selling my car to Catmax and carmax was going to send them payment . But on the day the deal was suppose to happen , an Ace representative named “Ale” said; we are not helping you sell your car “and refused to sendCarmax a letter of guarantee. I was so embarrassed to be affiliated with Ace . I ended not selling my car that day . And had to pay Ace myself . Ace is by far the worst money lending company I have ever dealt with . They lie constantly especially this guy named Ale in collections at corporate level from Ace . Never do business with them . They lost my title and told me that I would have to pay for a new one. Ridiculous !

    It’s already a headache and hard to take out a loan for whatever reason! When you pay your loan off and have a confirmation number it seems like their whole system would know that . So to keep having their employees to call me asking for a payment is crazy I’m so upset because this money came out if my account but I’m in default? I can’t get a live person who speaks English to tell me what can be done ! I’m so upset I’m considering getting an attorney.

    The worst customer service service ever. Joel specifically is the worst one.This company need to look more into getting new customer service representatives because the ones now are a joke. Not once in my 6+ years as a customer have i been this disrespected . I tried to contact corporate but my call was kept being transferred around and not once to corporate office. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    I called in to customer service to just change my phone number on my account, the rep was very unprofessional. Automatically assuming i was on speaker phone and demanding I take them off speaker the call ended and i called back and spoke with the same rep. I kept trying to explain to Joel ( the rep) that all I was wanted to was tochang e my number but she kept saying to take them off speaker next she said she heard noises in the backround, of course I was in my car you will hear noises but the call was not on speaker, next they stated they needed for me to email them my id and SSN and proof of address via email. I’m sorry, but no credit card company request this and this was the first time in being a customer of over 5 years this was requested and especially to just change my number when I asked for corporate Joel continued to cut me off and then even stated she/he placed a block on my account and kept asking if I wanted a refund i stated no i just wanted to change my number when I asked to be transfered to corporate Joel transferred me automatted services instead. I then called another number on the website immediately the rep laughed and stated for me to take them off speaker and stated i need to speak professional and this was the first time i spoke with this person( i have worked in customer service and know Joel placed malicious notes in the customers account for only your company eyes can see )i then asked for corporate number again another number was provided and i was transferred over to another line immediately the other new rep stated that need to keep it professional again I have never had an issues with this company till now and this is ridiculous. Someone needs to look into this. I then stopped at a location at a Ace flare location 350 shallow Ford Rd D Gainesville Ga.30504 770-503-7376 The agent Sherry who worked in the office was trying to help me but when she called customer service to they told her that needed my approval to speak to her after approval was given the rep in customer service then said they don’t speak to third parties. They are the agent they speak with your party all the time and why asked for my permission for in the first place. They stated giving her issues. Sherry then stated she will be contacting her corporate office to contact you office as well because this is something personal they have against me. I have money in my account that i am not having access to. I need to have someone contact me asap. I need to get access to my monies immediately.

    In April 2022 I considered cashing my Pay Day check with Ace Cash Express in Pomona, California. During my transaction experience, I felt uncomfortable and forced that my experience was intrusive. The ACE Express female employee was extremely dominating and literally forcing me to make an Pay Day Direct Account with their ACE Express Cash company. She stated that I needed to do so, because in a few months, “all” checks would need to be directly deposited to a banking account or theirs. Hearing her make this statement was questionable and I became leery of the transaction. After completing the transaction, I explained to my visitors that came with me of my experience. I made the decision to change my mind and NOT to have a Direct Deposit Account with Ace Express Cash. When their paper work and Credit Card was sent to me, I NEVER USED their ACE EXPRESS CASH CREDIT Card and shredded the paper contract.
    A few months later the ACE EXPRSS CASH office in Pomona, CA sent me paper documents stating that I owed them $5.00 dollars. This was most ludicrous because I NEVER used their services or their ACE Express Credit Card. Therefore, how could I owe ACE EXPRESS CASH Company any money? This was exactly what I felt uncomfortable about performing ANY financial transaction with their financial agency. When I received a call and correspondence documenting that ACE EXPRESS CASH wanted me to endorse their paperwork stating that I was in agreement with establishing a Direct Deposit Account with their ACE EXPRESS CASH Company, I refused them an DENIED their desire to establish a Direct Deposit Account in my name.
    A few weeks later, I received a debt of $5.00 and that the $5.00 bill was sent to a Creditor Collections. Mind you, I reiterate that I NEVER gave authorization to ACE EXPRESS CASH to establish a Direct Deposit, as a result of the manner in which the financial transaction occurred to cash my check. I learned on September 17, 2022 that ACE EXPRESS CASH willfully and intentionally attempted to retaliate by attempting to destroy my Financial Credit Report, by giving me a bill for $5.00 for REFUSING to establish a DIRECT DEPOSIT ACCOUNT with their ACE EXPRESS CASH Agency. This type of intentional negativity is why in my opinion using ACE EXPRESS CASH services is NOT desirable, and has definitely left stressful negative bad taste in my memory regarding their company. No, I would NOT use or refer ACE CASH EXPRESS to any one of my friends ever.

I’ve been at my job for 2 years and never had any issues with payments from this company that I work for. Never in my life have I felt disrespected about anyway .

    I’m very upset with Ace In Florida on vacation and someone use my debit card again this is the third time my debit card was used without my permission. I was supposed to recieve it on the 20th then you changed it to today now you guys are talking about another 1-2 business days.     Hello my name is Gerald DeAndre Taylor and I recently had a horrendous deplorable experience with this company. My wife and I went in to Ace Check Cashing on Christmas Eve to cash my Texas rent relief check. A gentleman by the name of Robert Parasiliti ultimately refused to cash my check. He was not the cashier however he was the gentleman that was contacted by the cashier in order to process and complete the transaction. It seems that Robert is a self-appointed Texas rent relief investigator. The first thing that Robert asked for it wa25th
    copy of my lease agreement although the Texas rent relief program had asked 172eeerdcopy of this and my application that was subjected to a lengthy evaluation and approval process. The check was issued by Chase Bank after the Texas rent relief program over a period of 3 months or so evaluated processed and most importantly approved my application for funding. My wife and I were very very excited considering that we had many overdue debts to pay as a result of unemployment do to the recent pandemic of covid-19. My wife and I were most excited at the fact that we would lay Witness to the joyous abundantly thrilled look that we would have seen in our four grandchildren’s eyes when they received the gifts that they had asked for and we’re looking forward to receiving from Paw paw and GG all year long.My wife and I were not able to see this look in our grandchildren’s eyes and we never will because of Robert and his discriminatory practices against people of color. Robert did not know anything concerning my situation and history of residence nor any agreements between my landlord and I or any knowledge of Arrangements that my landlord had concerning the property. .I question if this was any of Robert’s business or concern. I was under the impression that the employees of Texas rent relief program were the ones tasked with evaluating this information and making a decision as a result of. Be informed that I will contact the ACLU the NAACP I will contact Roland Martin I will find every single social media platform available I will contact the Better Business Bureau I will contact local black activists I will print flyers and disseminate them if I have to. I will go on Yelp and TripAdvisor I will utilize every single Avenue available to me in order let this nation from Los Angeles to New York know about the racist and discriminatory practices that Ace Check cashing engages in.     This is a collection’s agent complaint against a man,adrien,with ref# 10797966.BEGIN RANT:on 4.20.2020 I visited my local Ace Cash Express with two payroll checks,one bounced.instead of contacting the local store which had the payroll verification number I was called by this man spewing threats on the debt.He was unethical and rude to the point of being obnoxious.He even had the nerve to switch from the recorded office number to his personal line,which I conclude is not recorded.He may very well be the most effective collector for the company,but his procedure put me in an uproar.I have made the necessary contacts to quickly resolve the issue.END RANT

      Me and my wife have been contacted by an unknown caller because of a loan I did not pay off. Have threaten to report it to my job and have me arrested. With all the high interest they charged me you think they would just let it go. They told me I will also have to go to court. Maybe I start looking for a lawyer.

        Your company is trash. My Veterans benefits check was stolen out of my ACE flare account. All your customer service rep can say is she doesn’t know. Well I know you didn’t graduate because you can not comprehend simple English. I have filed a police report provided them with everything that is need to resolve the issue clearly this is not me. Called back to provide my attorney information she said that she couldn’t or was unwilling to take it. That is fine I know the court with at this point I am fully prepared to sue you, your company , and each one of your representatives individually.
