Your entire company is a JOKE. I requested that they pick up this furniture that you guys are trying to get me to pay almost 6 times over…on 1.17.2023….I have called the AcceptanceNow phone over 10 times and I have tried to reach out to the department located at the Value City Store in Waldorf, MD. Every call and every one I spoke to have been documented. Time dates and conversations. I never got called back from the Manager at VCF store until of course it was time for another payment…that you’re not getting because I requested that furniture be pick up a month ago…the story was there was NO Rental a Store store to pick up furniture. I personally contacted 2 such store and was told that was not true…lies, lies, lies. Now I’m being harassed with emails in regards to contract…a joke right!!…get this furniture ASAP…and I would like a refund from the day I requested that it be pick up….stop with the Games!!!!
Wow. Glad I am not the only one dealing with this. We signed up for the early purchase option and 6 months later we were told we never enrolled in that. District manager said no to settling our account and gave us $200 off our bill, but I don’t see that $200 coming off my total and they will not return any calls. Now they no longer answer my calls in store.
