Hello my name is Isaac Brown I am a policyholder and on November 30, 2022 I experienced a road flooding in my car which stalled out that day and never started since I started a claim and an appraisal adjuster was signed to come out and look at my vehicle and here it is two weeks later and no one has yet to come out I think this very unprofessional when I pay my money every month for things like this my car is growing mold from the moisture of all the water that is still sitting in the car I’ve been reaching out to every number I can to speak with someone who can help me but everyone puts you on hold to avoid the matter at hand this seems like the only way I can get my point across if you all need to contact me my number is 770)896-4980 my name is Isaac Brown and like I said I have a policy with you all like I said this very unprofessional and needs to be addressed quickly.
