    i been a customer with academy bank for 3 yeasr they have always been a very poor service bank.employyes dont care about customers never help me the way the should help a customer i bought some tickets at groupon and tickets were not good and groupon dont have any customer service number so i call my bank ,so they can help me out but they never did they went in favor of groupon instead of a customer not acceptable and i call dispute department they have very bad personel.worst bank ever.i am moving my money to anotehr bank i lost 755 dlls.and they dont care at all.and it seems nobody cant help me out at all.like other banks.

    Not good! I contacted Tom morrow ten times to no avail. I was charged a lte fee for a payment due to the log in not working. My good credit was dinged 54 points because it took just as many telephone calls to customer service trying to fix the problem a d they don’t have the means to process a payment by phone. I was punished for a 10.00 late payment which wasn’t my fault and Tom morrow didn’t return my call to take care of the issue. Bad service and I’ve been with academy bank for seven years and never missed a payment!!

    Poor customer service, poor technology, no loyalty for a 15+ year customer. Academy Bank issued a debit card to a hacker on our business account. I can’t get my own information without entering five types of information and answering 12 redundant questions, but they gave a hacker a card on our account. They “can’t” send me a listing of charges on that card, and there is no way to identify the charges in my statements that were made on that card. I call BS. They just don’t want to give me my money back.

    I have been calling since Monday to talk with someone in the IRA Dept.no one has called me back.I didn’t receive a 1099.I have several acts with you.Very poor service.I even called the Scottsdale manager three times and no response on her part.
