Hence called ABRA Auto Body, however, the company included a new service of Auto Glass operations back in 1989 and became to be known as the modern ABRA Auto Body and Glass.The Company has become one of the largest Auto Repair Service Provider in the different states of the U.S. Moreover, ABRA proudly franchises and operates auto body repair centers in the different states of U.S. The car services offered by ABRA encompass a wide spectrum of available auto repair and maintenance which includes services such as auto body repair, vehicle drop-off, auto paint and refinishing, headlight buffing and repair, auto glass repair and replacement, windshield repair, interior repair services, alloy wheel repair as well as towing and transportation services. I have called two different times to report harassment by one of the employees at the office in Altoona, Wisconsin. I was told that it was none of their business because it is a “personal” matter, however the employee states, “You and crazy drive thru work one more time my EMPLOYER is calling you in for trespassing this is not a road.” My husband was at work and I was at home approximately 30 miles away. She was informed of this; however, and continued to say that we were lying. This is not the first time she has wrongly accused us of this. My husband had a four year restraining order on this employer for four years. Unfortunately it ended on the 22nd of August, 2022. These messages were sent on the 24th of August. I have all the paperwork including the restraining order and messages available for review. Also she has lied about my husband and myself and accused us of other horrible things and her bosses believe her and will not review any of the proof that we have. PLEASE give us some resolution. Case number when I called you 2 times before is: #5547.
Your Kokomo body shop sucks. They said 3-4 days to repair my truck. 8 days later is still sitting in the same spot with it taken apart and nothing being done to it. I will never use you guys again.
