Order DCT 18547. I ordered a Mason Theatre Recliner on Dec 6 and received email confirmation of my order. On Dec 12 I recieved a telephone call saying my order had been cancelled due to being over sold. I was not offered any other similar products or even a rain check.
To add insult to injury, when I looked at my account and cancellation email it states the reason as customer cancelled/changed the order. A complete lie.
I have been trying to speak to someone in authority at the corporate level but cannot get past the call center people. I have made numerous call since Dec 12..check the recordings…but to no satisfaction.
I feel I am just being provided lip service.
Could someone from senior management like the VP of Operations reach out to me? It would be much appreciated.
Very unsatisfied. Order # DTC15618. Sofa arrived without power cord. Multiple calls to finally have cord shipped. Arrived, wrong cord. Customer service suggested to buy on Amazon for $6. I suggested to maybe return sofa and she was happy to make that happen. Now waiting for another cord. After years of working in order fulfillment and I customer service, I am appalled by your companies service. I suggest that someone review the call logs for this order.
