They carry different manufacturers, hence, rest assured, there is one you can find to buy if you visit a physical store nearest you.
This company is a joke. Buyer beware if you decide to buy from them. I bought a $3500 LG fridge and only had it for 2 years, and we also purchased their 5-year extended warranty, thinking that if anything was to go wrong, it would be taken care of. That was not the case. I have been 2 months without a fridge, and we have 4 kids, 2 with special needs. They have not cared one bit about our circumstances and have done nothing but give us the runaround. This company is all about taking your money, then turning their back on you when problems or issues arise. I would (NEVER) recommend anybody to do business with a company like this who has such poor customer service.
I’m sure many customers are happy with the service they have received from Appliance Factory.
I am not.
After speaking with two AF sales people – one, Kory, who was described as a manager – about buying a range hood ( Broan Glacier BCDJ1 Series) my several requests have been completely ignored. The hood I had in mind required some extra materials (a power chord and special filters) and I was promised a call back. After a couple weeks I phoned again and was told that Kory had been on vacation and that I would get yet another call back. That was two weeks ago.
Hey! I’m trying to BUY something from you!
I’m sure after looking into this (assuming you do so) you will get some kind of excuse from your salesmen probably describing me as the problem. I suggest you keep an eye on your Zuni sales team as they certainly are not an asset to your company.
I truly cannot believe that Appliance Factory has responsible customer service or care (unless the purchase is well over three-hundred dollars).
