We at Ahoy Marine have been in business since 2003. I have never worked with a company where there is no communication between you affiliate carriers. I decided to try AAA Cooper two weeks ago to move some 40k in propellers from Los Angels to New Orleans. This has been a nightmare from the start. Your affiliate carrier Best Overnight Express picked up my freight in California. Delivered to the Dallas Terminal two weeks ago. Then yesterday your customer care associate Leslie Dimas forces a Pro # to make it look like my freight was a the destination terminal in New Orleans. I called New Orleans location spoke to Rebecca, she confirmed this. So thats where I’m at. I know its extraordinarily busy right now. But I bring prop in from CA all the time. I just had two loads come in, that were picked up after AAA Cooper affiliate picked up my freight.
