Where is Tru Fit Corporate office Headquarters

Good evening my name is Aundraia Crawford and I am contacting you in regards to my refund for my Total War Strawberry Kiwi preworkout. I returned the product on Wednesday August 14, 2024 to an employee Roman as well as the store manager Juan at your 5330 Walzem Rd San Antonio TX location. I have been in communication with Juan in person as well as via email regarding my refund but have not been able to get anywhere. I am only contacting corporate because I no longer have the product and this is my first time every having to deal with this type of issue when I am only looking for my refund.

My wife came in to one of youre gyms in mission texas and she was purchasing a prework out drink. The cost was 3.04 a Can and she gave them 5 dollars she was giving back 1 dollar back. Do the math. So she told him she wanted to speak with the manager. Like allways on weekends no manager. So long story shorts she was giving the two dollers back in quarters lol so no change Waw. Ok just talk ti those people about the change thing we all work hard no matter what’s the change it mounts tk a lot if it’s done all the time ok yjanks

On September 15, 2023, One guy claiming he was the “General Manager” for all tru fits went to UTRGV and approached me claiming I could get a membership for only $4.33 for two weeks. After two weeks, I forgot to cancel my membership, and $40 was now charged for my membership as I was registered for the “Results +”. I accepted the payment as it was my own fault I had forgotten to cancel. Therefore, I went to try and cancel and the employees at Tru Fit in Ware Road informed me I could not cancel as they have a policy of 30 days before the next month’s payment to cancel and that again I would be charged another $40 for the next month. I tried to speak with managers to get assistance with this problem as a College Student I have payments to make and money is being thrown into the trash I do not attend and will never attend Tru Fit. In my first 2 weeks of membership, I went once and have never again returned. Again, going on October 11, 2023, to cancel for next month, they now informed me I could not cancel until December of 2023. Every time I have gone to try and cancel they come up with another excuse and they all differ from what their “policies” state. Without a doubt, I know that when I try again in December, as they said, I will get charged once again $40 for the next month, January, and it will be a never-ending cycle.

Please contact me about a cancelled membership 9 months ago and no refund on continued billing. Thank you
