It sure would be nice if the upper management cared about major thefts by their staff. They don’t even address their customers who have been ripped off by their bank. They even ignored the Better Business Bureau, which is a really bold and guilty response. When I found out that the TBK staff stole from my mom’s funeral account (that she put together for her last wishes) it made me sick to my stomach. But TBK Corporate office offers zero, nothing at all, as far as an answer, or any type of concern. When the chips are down , TBK Bank shows their true colors.
