I asked a floor manager why a certain product was no longer stocked at my Shaw’s on Border Street here in East Boston, MA. His response was this: “Our store caters to the wealthy folks who live in these new condos and apartments bordering the Harbor. Maybe you would be better off trying Market Basket in Chelsea.”

The WORST customer service on the planet! Why do you even have any type of “customer” service???!! Nobody gets back to you, nobody acknowledges the complaints-NOBODY!!! Sickening! I took pictures of the moldy, gross food inside the steak tip dinner and sent them to the Board of Health.

I am totally disappointed with your pick up service!!! And app… it says you have the item and is on sale and go to pick up and not available…….
Then you take forever to refund the moneys!!!!!

I would like to give you all a positive experience I had with Shaws. I was placing an order online and reserved my time and went to check out and go booted out of the program. As frustrated as I was I reentered my order but when I went to check out my time slot of 5pm was taken and I wouldn’t get my order till 7. I call my store and spoke to the manager William Rodriquez and explained what happened and offered to pay for a rush order but he was kind enough to make every effort to accommodate me since I was having company for dinner. The order was done early and he called me personally to tell me I was all set.

I’ve been discriminated and belittled by my two head management at shaws supermarket in Mansfield mass. Who do I report them to. The management belittled and causes humiliation making me uncomfortable The management Kelly and Michael are unkind.

Got salmonella poisoning from a rotisserie chicken. Was nice enough to let the store know after a night in the hospital and two weeks of being sick and what now may be a transition into ulcerative, colitis, better known as C Diff, I have not heard back from the store after their initial phone call, trying to cover their ______! What’s worse is that I can go into that same store and see chickens on the shelf that are several days expired and still up for sale. I have no doubt it’s the same chickens that make its way to the rotisserie. Time to take my story public, since I was not even worth a follow up communication a week later to see how I was doing or institute any new changes in my local store or company wide.

You advertise in your flyer a few different kinds of apples for $.57/lb with the 4u coupon. Thing is your stores either don’t have them or you can’t get the online coupon cause there isn’t any??? What a joke!!!!

I went to Shaws today (9/27/22) at 4:30pm to get a chuck roast that was on sale. There wasn’t any out, so I went to meat counter, and no one was there, and all the lights were out. I went to service desk, they said we usually run out of sale items 1/2 way through sale. I wasn’t IMPRESSED. This was the Shaws in Brunswick Maine.

I wish corporate would make sure that they program the computers to the flyers sales and Udeals. Every single time we have to make sure that we get the items for sale /ideal prices. Today we got chicken thighs that were on sale then the ideal was for $.97 lb. We checked our receipts and lo and behold we were charged almost full price .Results were the nice gentleman frontend refunded $21. To me and for my co-shopper she got $22. Refunded .We thanked the frontend gentleman for this. But it’s every time we go .Whether it be the Wareham store or South Plymouth . We always have to go to customer service .

I had the VERY worst CUSTOMER service experience I’ve ever had at ANY supermarket in America. I’m talking about the Braintree store on Ivory Street. I clipped a “free” coupon for Hood Creamery Ice Cream (1 qt size). I went down the aisle and found that they no longer had any more. I went to a cashier, who told me that the women in the customer service booth had issued a rain check for another customer. When I went to the window, she told ME that I was out of luck. They wouldn’t give me a rain check (I was told by another employee that there have been MANY complaints about her.) When I explained that the reason I couldn’t come in sooner…was because I was an INPATIENT at a hospital on the North Shore. Very insensitively, she said “So was I” and walked into the back room. I asked to speak with the manager (Angela) who threw me out of the store. It may be a cold day in HELL before I shop at Shaw’s again. I called your customer service line at (508) 897-8866 and spoke with a woman. I asked for the District Manager who unfortunately (or maybe deliberately) refused to return my call. THIS IS INCREDIBLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you don’t clear up my issue, I may have to resort to social media. You don’t want to lose more business? Or do you not care.

I asked the manager in the Centerville/Barnstable MA store why they did not carry a brand of toilet paper and he laughed.
He asked my why I couldn’t use another brand since they were all the same. His condescending tone did not sit well with me. The have sold this brand for years. Also this store is filthy and food is old.
I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Shopping at Shaw’s used to be a pleasant experience. Now it stinks. I have an old phone so I can’t utilize the new app. At the register they complain about making price adjustments. Plus, they hold up the entire line because it takes time. Plus, they can’t even adjust prices correctly. Every time I go, all the people in line are complaining about the new digital coupons that never work. Today, the lady behind me said everyone is switching to Market Basket anyway. That’s what I’ll be doing soon. I shop Hanson, Ma store. It happens every single time I shop!!!!

Please stop advertising blueberries on sale. This includes the use of digital coupons.

I was at the Shaws in Woodsville New Hampshire. Went to service desk to cash two winning tickets. One lane had a closed sign on it, went to next one and Jen who was standing right in front of me on the computer called this person in the other room and said your getting a line “ I’m off” the girl didn’t come so she began to bang things around. So I said what are you closed and she said I was. I said OK I will go to another store and she didn’t even try to stop me. Even before she talk to me I commented to another person in line and said, I worked at a liquor store in New Hampshire and if she what is employed there I would sure fire her. I’ll she had to say was I’m sorry we’re closed instead of being pissed that they wanted help. All I know her name is Jen I asked another gentleman who work there if the courtesy desk was closed and he said no it shouldn’t be, told him to put in the complaint but I’m sure he probably didn’t. This is why I am writing you. I am 83 years old and can’t believe somebody would be so rude at 10:15 in the morning.

I would like to register a complaint about the service at your Wakefield, Rhode Island store. It involves a cashier with whom I have interacted with on a number of occasions, always with the same disrespectful result. I am a 75 year old frequent customer of Shaws, frankly, angered by the passive/aggressive behavior of a middle aged woman who seems to delight in calli9ng me “honey,” “sweetie,” or “dearie,” sometimes, as recently, in the same breath. Her lame excuse is that she was “brought up that way.” Well, I was raised to address my elders as “Sir,” or “Mam,” so I’m not buying her nonsense. I do not expect people to address me as “Sir,” but I do expect a civil attitude by people who represent your business. Please pass this complaint on to whom it may concern at your Wakefield Shaws outlet.

Raynham store main customer service is rude and unprofessional. Friday of last week 3:50 pm main front desk employee was extremely rude and made me wait Over 20 minutes and while I waited help two other customers that came after I did. I will not ever go back there however I will continue to go to Shaws on No Main St. Fall River. They know how to serve customers. How come when you use the gas rewards you have to use all of them or you lose the ones you have left. Like if you have 12 and only wNt to use 10 which is all you can use you lose the other 2 this is at gas station

I shop at North Merrimack all the time had an issue with my order last week.( Maria the cashier is awesome we always try to go in her lane !!) Maria called over Amy the checkout manager. Boy does she have an attitude my husband explain what happened the reward on the Pepsi didn’t come off and we also got a pick 5 with A&W root beer so Amy came over and just grabbed the 12 pack out of the wagon I said to her you don’t have to. E so mad about it. I was so ready to tell them to cancel my order but I didn’t she minus out the 3 tonic’s-which we ended up paying separately I mention to Amy the pick five didn’t come off she said well I didn’t charge you for the tonic (kind you the tonic was $3.99 on the pick 5) the tonic I was charged for was $7.99. I again tried to explain but by now I’m really getting mad. I thanked Maira and left. Went home and showed my husband she should of minus the $7.99 tonic and charged me the A&W root beer for 3.99 then I would of gotten my $3.00 refund from the pick 5. Ya it’s only $3.00 but it’s the principle of the matter. I’m not gonna shop at North Merrimack anymore as to the Check out Manager is so rude and she talks down to you! I’ve worked with Shaws myself for just about 30 and you just don’t treat people the way she does. And there is forever a long wait to the registers

Why does Shaws Worcester not have Passover (Jewish) greeting cards? There are lots of Jews in Worcester.

I would like to know why when you have a special sale and it’s by one get one free as an example. That this product becomes almost twice the cost it originally was? it’s like you’re having a special but you’re not because you’re jacking up the prices at the original product.I live in Ayer Massachusetts and my Shaws is in Groton Massachusetts. Is this a common practice with in your grocery chain ?

The Trump appointed moron that heads the usps is doing his best to privatize our mail which means the mail that was guaranteed to be delivered instate the next day a few years ago doesn’t arrive for 3 days now. The shaw’s flyer for the week ending 4/7/22 didn’t arrive until today, Tuesday the 5th. That means the just for u front page items that WERE on sale only from 4/1 – 4/3 did no more than irritate me. This is not limited to Vermont, slow mail has been in the news for the last few years. Can’t shaw’s figure this out and get the flyer out earlier? Or perhaps give customers the whole week to purchase?? Is it any wonder why I make a 70 mile round trip to hannaford’s for my groceries???

I bought your Shaws seafood salad and I got sick from eating it ??? So it could not have been fresh ? I am still sick from eating it ???

I shop exclusively at Shaws in Peterborough NH. The only issue I have that is ongoing is the Signature brand of milk always goes bad before the ex. Date. I just dumped out an almost full gallon of skim milk again. This is the 4th time I have done this. I hate lugging sour milk back to the store for another gallon that will probably also go bad.

Shaw’s Market in Springfield Vermont is the best grocery store I’ve ever been to. The staff is always helpful no matter how busy they are and will do anything they can to get you what you need. The second they see you looking around, they don’t hesitate to offer help. More grocery stores need to follow this group of employees.

I love Shaws! I choose to shop here over the two other grocery stores (large stores) that are located closer to my house. However, I have started to wonder about your membership cards. I really don’t understand the “just for you” rewards program. Can’t you just give the discounts to anyone who shops at your stores? Though I am tech savvy, I am feeling like these offers are discriminatory against people who don’t have the technology, don’t understand the technology or just don’t have the where-with-all to know how to use this program. I understand when these programs first came out, they were to reward loyal customers. At this point, is it still worth it? Just give the discounts to everyone and do the right thing. Reward people for stepping into your store and supporting your company.

The store in Ipswich is horrible..its ran wrong ..produce is just about rotten along with their meats…. need to check the dates as well as they like to push stuff out the door on the same day it expires or they blend it in hoping you buy it and it don’t go bad … yoy know this is bad when I purchased beef jerky and that was moldie!!!! Get your sgit together or there will be more bad emails

I visited Shaw’s in Whitinsville, MA yesterday. When I check out, I always ask for my cold and frozen things to be packed together. In fact, I load them on the belt separately and often put a separator after them to make it easier since most baggers can’t tell the difference. The bagger I had yesterday was atrocious. My cold things were together but they were thrown carelessly in the bag. I asked him if he was trained to bag and he replied yes. I told him he needs to be retrained. I proceeded to empty the bag and re-bag it myself.
My half gallon of milk was laying on its side in the bag and meats, butter and other things were piled on top all which way. I asked the bagger why my milk was laying on its side and everything else thrown on top. He just mumbled that he was doing the best he can. As I am re-bagging this bag, he proceeds to try to put more bags in the cart while I am reorganizing my bag. I asked him if he noticed that food is very expensive now and I don’t want my food crushed.

I had a bag of trash bags and dish soap which the cashier put in a separate plastic bag. She then tried to put into a full bag that had all my soft things in it, i.e. potato chips, bread, etc. I told her to please just leave them out.

When I was in college, I worked for 5 years as a cashier at the original Star Market. Standards were higher then and we were reprimanded if we didn’t do things right or talked amongst ourselves while ignoring the customer.

This is not the first time I’ve had problems in this store. It’s not rocket science to bag things correctly.
Frankly, it would be easier if they would just let me bag my own groceries.

To me this is a lack of training and more important, lack of supervision. With the prices of food on the rise, I expect better than this but unfortunately, no one at Shaw’s will do anything.

I clipped my rewards and coupons before walking your raynham store and shopped and was told i could not use the rewards i earned on my purchase was told 2 different reasons why which did not make sense i earned the rewards by shopping in the business

I work at Shaws in cohasset for three months and non stop was verbally harassed and mistreated by my managers and CSR. Out of everyone in the store they could’ve picked on it was me and me only. They babied everyone else who was new but if I asked a question i would get talked down to as if i was 5. One time they almost didn’t allow me to take a break because they thought i was talking for 20 mins but actually i was doing a 10 order of balloons in floral.. and i’m not even stationed in floral. i’m a cashier at front. I really need to contact my HR but i don’t have their number and i’m too afraid to contact the store incase the manger that hates me picks up. I’ve been getting the treatment non stop even when i speak up about it to other management from the store. Other employees see it too and don’t do anything but say they feel bad for me. I believe i’m going to get terminated because i got yelled at today again (8/25/21). And plus i have bigger problems i’m facing at home that stresses me out more. I broke down and began to shake with anxiety and My manager started screaming at me telling me, “this is every week, why can’t you just function correctly. I have a store to run and you’re making it worse for me. You need to leave right now and when you do i have to report you. Last i checked you can’t fire someone over mental health.. so if they do fire me i’m taking them to court.. for all the mistreating, harassment, belittlement, and for attempting to terminate me for having a panic attack because their own management won’t stop picking on me.

I’m a handicap person who shops at Shaws in Auburn MA. I’d like to share a picture of the handicap parking area at shaws. There is a sign by the recycling machines that states “No parking handicap ramp”. Butyet theaters built a carriage coral blocking all the handicap parking from their doors. So any handicap customers have to step out or roll out into the high traffic parking lot traffic to get to the doors. You need to fix this!!!

Hi the dairy section in your Riverside store is disgusting. Nasty and moldy. I’m pretty sure mushrooms are growing in it. Manager not taking care of his location

I ran into the Shaws in Mansfield earlier in the morning to grab some lunch meat for a hike I was doing later and witnessed a quarrel between two employees. It was clear that the older brown haired woman was verbally assaulting the employee in the seafood department . It was highly unprofessional.

I purchased a cucumber in your Sharon mass store on July 20th . I live in West Roxbury Mass. Today July 22nd. I was going to use the cucumber it was rotten. So I went to my Star Market to return it for a new one . They told me i could not return it because it was a different store. I said isn’t it the same company . She they have different sale . I said i will pay the difference if its more. She said she could not do it . I ask for a manager and a young man from the front end came over and said the same thing. I shop at this store a lot. Not very happy about this all for 99 cents. Ihave a picture of the cucumber and also the receipt.

It’s pretty sad when a big corporation like Shaws does not have a means for emails. The last 2 times I have purchased the Signature 20oz white bread,it had a middle swirl of what looks to be wheat bread. It appears to me whatever company they have making the bread is not cleaning out the machines they use. This is not a store issue. However I am taking this to the store so they are aware,and perhaps they can show you what I am talking about.

I shop at the Shaws, Dartmouth MA and this is not the first complaint I’ve had with them and had stopped going there but then decided to return. Well, I guess things have not changed much. I went to the deli to get sliced cheese and the gentleman got a fresh package and opened it up, sliced the cheese for me and when he had it on the scale, I could see some red on the cheese, I inquired what it was and he said it was ham.( I thought they had just a cheese slicer). I informed him I didn’t want it, so he asked if I wanted him to slice more on another machine and I said yes. Well, I opened the package to use some cheese and there was something else on the cheese (I guess the other machine was still dirty from something else). I did not go back because I will throw it away. Again, today I went to open a package of Special K red berries cereal and then I noticed that the box had cuts on it and when I opened the box the inside package had also been sliced, of course I will throw this away also. Your employees should be checking when opening boxes with a box cutter to be sure it did not damage the box. I don’t have the time to keep going back because of all the issues at Shaws. I spend more time returning to the store because of things like this and getting overcharged for different things. Also, lately every time I go the shelves are not stocked, so I have to still go to another store for what need I will have to find another store to shop at then I will only need one store. Something has to change at this store.

The other day while I was shopping at Shaw’s in Middletown, Rhode Island, a woman was holding her small dog and shopping in the produce section touching produce while holding her dirty looking dog. It was disturbing to think that she’s handling produce with her dirty hands that people buy. The store has a sign posted that only service dogs are allowed. I spoke to a manager and expressed my shock and disgust that no one said anything to her and allowed her to shop. His comment was that she always comes in with her dog and the manager did absolutely NOTHING! I spoke to the cashier and apparently other incidences like this have happened there. She said once a young man came in with three dogs in a shopping cart. Imagine that their dirty bottoms were rubbing all over the inside of a cart that customers use to shop with. I am going to report this incident to the RI Department of Health. What they’re allowing in that store is totally unacceptable!!!!

I was shopping at the Mansfield store and while I was passing through the organic section, I witnessed one employee getting verbally assaulted by another employee. After she walked away, I asked the employee if they were okay and what the name of said employee was so that I may report said incident. The employee stated that the woman yelling at them was their store manager. The tone and the verbiage of this manager was appalling. Employees should not be subject to such condescending and unprofessional behavior.

What are you trying to do to the Sudbury Shaw’s location. More and more items in the are not available in this store. W/E 4/30 buy 5 special did not have a number of items that sold in this store recently. They are being replaced by more “Signature brand items”.

HR took all are names and a count of how many people down for who wanted to get the COVID shot .They made sound like they were give us them first before customers.Many of us put off getting them because of this ,many are mad the way this when down feel like not important because,all the shots are now going to customer.Where is the integrity in that?

I work for Shaws Augusta Maine was slated for the DUG program I also work deli, seafood, produce, front end pretty much work 2nd shift 2-9 pm gathering orders ready for pick up during evening hours an associate and I would deliver the order feeling safe in 2’s I was informed that only 1 person could preform that I spoke with John McKensie and said that was confirmed by management I really voiced my concerns about saftey as there is no cameras in the parking lot and after dark was a safety concern I was taken off the DUG program as a result

No masks were required, despite city ordinance, in the Nashua Shaw’s. Manager didn’t care. We are in the middle of a pandemic.

Today, 05/03/2020, I specifically went to Shaws which I don’t usually but was really looking forward to the Monopoly tickets. Didnmy purchase and was waiting for my tickets when I was told they were out. OUT!? Really?

I just saw on facebook for Shaw’s savings that a women received 1000s of Monopoly tickets for free but there was none at our Shaw’s! So disappointed in Shaws!

Shaw’s on Belmont st in Brockton is an amazing store. My husband has been doing the shopping during quarantine and we haven’t had decent food. Other stores around us have nothing. I have been telling him how amazing this store is and he finally listened and now we have plenty of great food! This store is always clean, the set up is terrific and the shelves are always stocked and fronted. Terrific meats and produce too! And it might sound silly but I even love the shopping carts lol
We have 3 other grocery stores within a mile or less of our home but I’ll always drive the 15-20 minutes to shop this Shaw’s. Kudos to management and to corporate for hiring them!

I just read an article about your store in Barrington, RI. I was a resident of RI for many years an still return to the state from time to time. I always found SHAWS to have good product. That is why I’m so appalled at what I just read. It is awful in the way that cashier treated her bagger that has a physical handicap. It also was appalling that the manager did not take the appropriate action. There are laws against this type of behavior. As the corporate office action must be taken to remedy your problem moving the bagger to a different line doesn’t fix the problem. This could lead to legal action if the individual talks to the right person and your stores reputation is a stake

I shop at the Weymouth Shaw’s there are no hand wipes or anyone there to wipe down carts!! WHY?? Other stores have protection for customer and employees.

took advantage of Shaws 7-9 thursday for the elderly…what a joke that was..nothing left in the store worth purchasing..and what was left was a week old..why you don’t allow the elderly to do a Friday morning when the shelves are stocked and able to take advantage of the weekend sales is beyond me..we are on a fixed income and the sales prices do help immensely..instead we are faced with nothing on the shelves and purchases so old that within a day you will be throwing most of it out….I just don’t understand it..are we to thank you for your inconsideration and quite obviously not much thought to this…this is the only grocery store in this town so alot of people depend on it..

I wanted to comment on the fact that you are not protecting your employees. No gloves no N-95 masks . You won’t have them long as they will show up with the virus. We need food so I hope you take this seriously.

Would you consider during this crisis to open up at 6 am to allow anybody 60 years or older to shop for 1 hour? People over 60 are more susceptible to the coronavirus. Stop & Shop are starting on Thursday from 6am-7:30am for people over 60 years old.

Store Manager Jim Burns extremely rude. I was buying 6 cases of water. A set for myself, and a set for my friend who is disabled in assisted living. He immediately comes up to me and advises there is a 3 case limit. I advised him that I have bought this quite a few times before, and the cashier rings in 3 cases, I pay and then she/he rings in 3 more and I pay. He rudely said “Apparently you can’t read.” I was appalled at such a disgraceful and disrespectful comment. I then asked his name and told him I would be calling corporate, which he said, “Go for it.” Upon following me to the register line, continuing to berate me, I told him that my mother worked there for nearly 30 years, back when Iandoli’s first was there and Shaw’s took over, and this was NOT the Shaw’s it once was if they have people like him managing a store. The people in nearby lines were watching as he continued to humiliate me, saying “You are greedy taking 6 cases and not leaving any for others.” I should note they created a 10ftx10ft mountain of water. I told him I felt bad for the employees who work for him. His last words to me was “Get out of here.” The man behind me happened to be someone from my town I went to school with. He couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional this guy was. When I checked out, there was no problem with the cashier. But I did say something to the employee who appeared to be supervising the checkouts. I said, “You have my sympathy working for that jerk.” I was met with “Who Jim?” Guess he has a reputation among employees.

Why do I have to bagged my groceries when there is 2 or more managers talking? Maybe only have one manager and have an extra bagger.. getting tired of spending a lot of money and have to their JOB!!! Marie’s and Marzetti salad dressings. They can’t get low fat varieties in the E Providence store! can you help? People want low fat options! when I lived in NY I always bought low fat caesar, ranch, etc.

EVERY time I have bought bacon from the Shaw’s in Derby VT, it is borderline rancid. I will NOT try to buy anything out of that meat cooler again!

I too am writing here as I have apparently no other outlet to get your store to take action. Are you aware you have a store in Colchester, VT which is mishandling food? That is violating policy and procedure for appropriate cold food storage control? In the past three weeks I have encountered yogurt at this location which is beyond expired, as in Nov and early Dec! I pull them out, place them on the floor, report this issue to your store manager, however the same, yes I said the same yogurt mysteriously re-appears in the same cooler! Yes, I know its the same EXPIRED container as I have begun to mark them! Today was the third time I have encountered this. Again I reported it to the store manager who was fairly dismissive. It appears that your store is working hard to intentionally make customers SICK!! I have filed a complaint with the VT Department of Health now since your store does not seem eager to address the issue!

Bought a beef tenderloin the day after Xmas. Really looking forward to having it the next day. The smell when I removed the wrapping was pure bad. Drove my eight miles to return it, did not have the receipt, but it had the Shaw’s wrapping and price, which was not cheap. Could not receive my money only a Shaw’s gift card. Don’t ever plan on returning to the store, as it’s not the first time I’ve got bad meat. Glad I was able to get half my money from someone for it.

Your Just For U emails are broken and so is the website. A drop down window appears and you have to choose which store you use. That window brings up a page that states the website can’t be reached. It prevents you from visiting the site at all. I tried to get into your other website and the same thing happened. Just for U is on big PIA. Bring back the cards to scan at the register. Having to click on coupons to get the deal at the register is a massive time waster. Now that I can’t click on the coupons, I will go shop at Stop and Shop right across the street. They still scan a card and they don’t waste my time.

I am writing this into the comments section because I seem to have NO other outlet. On February first I injured my Index finger on my right hand (I am right handed) on a grocery cart trying to unhook one from the others. I went to customer service to make a complaint about this and the woman behind the counter called the manager of the store so I could tell him what happened. I showed him my finger and he apologized to me for this accident, telling me the boy who was supposed to do the carts did not show up for work and he had to hire someone new. At that time he went and spoke to the new hire. The girl at the counter said if my finger did not get better to come back and fill out an accident report, which I did on February fifth. An Asst Mgr filled it out (did not give me a copy) and said someone would call me. I had been to quick care to have my finger looked at and x-rayed given medication and a split was put on my finger, since then I have been back to the Dr. because of the pain and swelling, gone to an orthopedic Dr. and sent for therapy to try to get my range of motion back. I am working on this. The woman who handles accident reports called me asked a few questions and said she would get back to me within 30 to 45 days. I called her last week because I remembered what the Manager of Nashua NH (Royal Ridge) said to me when I spoke to him. Her comment before this conversation was do you want $100? I am without the use of my finger at this time and have not heard from her since. Doesn’t anyone there care. I have ALL the paperwork about my treatments, etc. If anyone would like to see them, evidently the claims woman doesn’t.

Never visit north Dartmouth ma location! Rude cashier’s and actually robbered since cashier took my coupons bit didn’t scan. Cost me over $80

Many of the employees at Shaw’s Royal Ridge in Nashua, NH are incredibly rude and/or lazy. (On top of that, the place is none too clean–particularly the seafood section.) Since I have not experienced these problems at any other Shaws, I think that the problem at this location starts at the top, with the store manager (who is also rather rude).

Once again Peterborough nh shaws has expired food on the shelves. This has happened so many times at this location. This time it’s Alfredo sauce and year expired, brownie mix before this 2 years expired, box of slim jims before that a year expired. I paid $45.00 for a $2.99 loaf of mislabeled garlic bread, it’s a good thing I looked before I put it in the oven. This location is horrible.
