I paid two bill statements with one check, ID’d accordingly on the check, before Christmas and soon after receiving them. It was mailed to the address in the bill correspondence for payment. I’m receiving repeated emails from Instamed seeking payments on these statements. In fact, the past two emails had MARY ROSE QUICK as patient, but had my information in body. I emailed again today, sternly, to have them contact you. I expect you to verify this accordingly.
Hello, I would like some help trying to get my brain MRI report please. I had it done 7 days ago today and I still have not received it. I have called several times and asked if the radiologist could read it as soon as possible but they only said that or should be done any time soon. They didn’t even give me an estimated date even though it says in the patient portal that the report should be ready in 48 hours after having it done. I had it done at the boynton beach west location and nobody can give me an answer. I have been suffering for 7 days waiting for this report. Please help.
