Don’t Buy This grill it blew up on my porch .blew the door open almost blew my face off.I called customer service spoke to a Lexi she wouldn’t help me .I asked for upper management. She wouldn’t connect me.I called back and spoke to a Cynthia sent pictures of the grill. I have been in business with two companies over 38yrs.If i have a customer with kind of complaint .I would defiantly of taken care of the problem. I will tell everyone I know don’t ever do business with a company such as this one.all I wanted was a new smoker its apparent this one was a defect, what is wrong with these people to sell a defective smoker and not stand by their products is beyond me.cynthia didn’t help me at all .don’t buy this product or any other products these crooks sell.im also going to file a complaint to the POC.
