    Customer service is HORRID. The only kind people were the ones answering the phone at both KC and Omaha offices. Anyone else was rude and non apologetic about shoddy furniture and their own failure at ordering correct parts TWICE. Delivery people were very kind and considerate so I guess the more you are paid at NFM the less you care about the customer. Pretty sad as we have spent many thousands there.

    Extremely poor customer service. A week and a half ago we ordered a bed set for our daughter and they delivered the bed set in a box and would not help us put it together and brought the wrong size mattress and then would not deliver the correct size mattress same day therefore our daughter is going to be forced with having to sleep on the floor. We’ve use Nebraska furniture Mart a lot in the future but I’m pretty sure this will be the last time. They do not care about families like they say they do or else my child will not be having to sleep on the floor because of their mistake.

    Poor customer service: My wife, Diane Weil, 510-610-5016 purchased a Samsung Oled TV from your Colony Texas store ( order 40822370) for my 81st birthday. The TV and sound bar was installed in our home on 9/17. The installers were disinterested in their work or helping us understand how to operate our TV. I called and discussed with a customer service representative twice on Thursday and sent an e/mail on Friday. Have not received a response. Though we love our new TV, we are considering returning it next week unless a representative who cares comes by our house and explains using the remote control.
