Not pleased with your service. There is no way I place an order online which is now in transit to center without 1 single notification send to me in regards to what is going on. Now these items aren’t even on the website anymore, but yet I’m being told the only thing that can be done is to place another order. Doesn’t make sense whatsoever. I will report this anywhere and everything I have to because this isn’t right.
I am writing today in hopes that I can secure a few donated items for a very worthy cause. I volunteer for a puppy mill rescue team in upstate ny. We are a non profit organization. Recently we have had a large intake of puppies due to the pandemic. We are planning an action for mothers day and what mother would not love somthing pretty from Kate Spade.. we are able to provide tax info if you are able to donate some items. Thank you Jennifer Ross
