Ex dayshift Supervisor - February 28, 2022

I worked for George’s as dayshift Maintenance Supervisor for a year no complaints what so ever. Just recently got wrote up twice In less than two months for equipment failures. I feel that it was unfair and unnecessary I felt pressured and harassed by my manager. When giving me the second write up he mentioned to me that if he was to fire me I was never coming back to work for him, I felt angry and worthless, when he said that I was always a good supervisor and employees looking out for everyone. The only thing Tony does is barks order and don’t like getting his hands dirty when ever we have break down all he does gets mad and says bad words this kind of attitude don’t help the maintenance team.
If you guys read this please ask anyone there and they will tell you the kind of employee i was always giving my 100% percent on the floor and always being professional at my job.The write ups he gave were unnecessary believe me.This manager Tony Kisemore try’s to Micro manage the entire Harrisonburg plant gotten complaints for being unprofessional and disrespectful good employees have Quit for his behaviors George Mackey was one of them and he won’t let none of the employees give there two weeks notice he fires them right on the spot, this to me is totally not professional . My self don’t got no respect for him.On Feb 21/22 I was on the floor helping the guys setting up I was adjusting the tension on the wing segmenter and was not finished adjusting it at the time, then Tony comes to me and says go check the CVP I stopped what I was doing started working on the CVP and one my maintenance guys comes tours me laughing i and I ask him whats so funny Robert and he tell me Your Boss Tony called you stupid so yes I got upset and confront him on the floor and told why would he call me stupid, I call him out and told if had a problem anyway to say to say it to my face not to our employees we are not kids and this is some kind of bullying if I’m not mistaken and coming from him a Manager was not cool . That morning I decided to Quit and walk out on him felt reason I was angry was that I enjoyed working for George’s and had to Quit for this guy Tony Kisemore this person has no morals whats so ever and doesn’t deserve being in a management position George’s plant is going to lose a lot of employees. My ex Assistant manager Goerge Mackey left for the same reason. Harrisonburg 501 North liberty St I decided to Quit on my Boss and was never fire.
